To fetch random rows from Oracle table use DBMS_RANDOM.
SELECT column FROM( SELECT column FROM table ORDER BY dbms_random.value ) WHERE rownum <= 10

In hr round the discussion gone through about salary and notice period and finally she told that wait for two weeks we will send status to your mail . But till now am not getting any mail.Its nearly one month completed. Please tell me that what its mean? Am i selected or not?
